Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using our website and for the services Pacific Mobile Mechanic provides — including quotes, scheduling, pricing, warranty, and payment.

Effective: January 1, 2025 Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pacific Mobile Mechanic ("Pacific," "we," "us," or "our"), operating in Yakima, Washington. They apply to pacificmobilemechanic.com (the "Site") and to any repair, maintenance, diagnostic, towing, emergency roadside, fleet, or related service we provide.

By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Use of the Website

The Site is provided for information and to help you request service. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or another person's information through our forms
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content, photos, or branding without written permission
  • Introduce malware or interfere with the Site's normal operation

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, and photos — is owned by Pacific or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Quotes & Estimates

A quote submission is a request — not a confirmed appointment.

Submitting a form on the Site does not book a service or guarantee a price. A team member will contact you to discuss your vehicle and confirm details.

Estimates are based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Because we cannot see hidden or internal damage until a vehicle is inspected, an estimate may change. We will contact you for approval before performing additional work that increases the price.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may vary based on vehicle make and model, part availability, location, after-hours service, and the actual condition of the vehicle.

4. Scheduling & Authorization

Appointments are confirmed only when a Pacific team member directly confirms a date and time with you. Requested times submitted through the Site are preferences and are not guaranteed.

By authorizing repairs, you grant Pacific and its technicians permission to operate, move, test drive, and repair your vehicle, and to install parts as needed to complete the approved work. You also confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or have authority from the owner to authorize service.

Please let us know in advance about aftermarket modifications, alarms, immobilizers, wheel locks, or anything else that affects how the vehicle is serviced or towed.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Parts and labor are billed as quoted and authorized.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless we agree to other arrangements in writing.
  • We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Fleet accounts may be eligible for Net-15 billing by written agreement.
  • Returned or failed payments may incur bank charges and a reasonable administrative fee.
  • Promotions and discounts — such as our first-time customer or oil change offers — cannot be combined unless stated and may change or end without notice.
  • Diagnostic fees may apply and are disclosed before work begins; diagnostic time is often credited toward an approved repair.

Washington sales tax applies where required.

6. Parts & Warranty

Unless you request otherwise, we install new or remanufactured parts from reputable suppliers. If you supply your own parts, we cannot warranty those parts — only our labor.

Our parts and labor warranty is described on our Warranty Policy page. Warranty coverage generally does not apply to maintenance items, used or salvage parts, unrelated electrical issues, or damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, racing, or modification.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (509) 472-4369 with your invoice number and service date before authorizing repairs elsewhere. We need the opportunity to inspect and verify the concern.

7. Hours, Emergency Service & Towing

Shop Hours

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Saturday – Sunday: shop closed.

24/7 Emergency

Emergency roadside assistance and after-hours towing are available around the clock, including nights and weekends.

Our physical repair shop is not open 24/7. After-hours availability applies to emergency roadside assistance and towing only. Emergency mobile mechanic service is subject to technician availability, weather, road conditions, and location.

Towing to Pacific Service Center is offered free for customers located within Yakima, subject to our service-area limits and availability. Towing performed outside the free area, or by a third-party provider, may be billed. Vehicles towed after hours are typically serviced once regular business hours resume. Pacific is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party tow providers.

8. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment

We ask that you pick up your vehicle promptly after we notify you that service is complete. Vehicles left on our premises beyond 72 hours after completion may incur a reasonable daily storage fee.

We are not responsible for personal property left inside vehicles. Vehicles unclaimed for an extended period may be handled according to Washington State lien and abandoned-vehicle laws.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and a clear description of the concern
  • Disclose known problems, prior repairs, and any safety issues
  • Ensure the vehicle and its contents are safe and accessible for service
  • Keep contact information up to date so we can reach you for approvals
  • Address recommended safety repairs promptly — a declined safety repair may affect the reliability and safety of your vehicle

10. Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders such as Synchrony Car Care. All credit decisions, rates, promotional terms (including any "no interest if paid in full" offer), and account servicing are handled by the lender, not Pacific. Approval is not guaranteed. Pacific receives payment from the lender and does not set or control your credit terms. Please review the lender's terms carefully before applying.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is always complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including lost profits, lost wages, or loss of use of a vehicle. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid Pacific for that service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Washington Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your provision of inaccurate vehicle or ownership information.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yakima County, Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Please talk to us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. Contact us at (509) 472-4369 or sales@pacificmobilemechanic.com before pursuing formal action, and give us a reasonable opportunity to make it right.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Warranty Policy, are the full agreement between us regarding the Site.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept them.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
