We stand behind our work with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on both parts and labor (whichever comes first). We offer free estimates for most services. For complex diagnostic work that requires extensive troubleshooting, we may charge a small diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. We'll always provide a written estimate before starting any work so you know exactly what to expect.

No, you don't need to provide any parts! We carry a full inventory of quality automotive parts and supplies in our mobile service vehicles. If we need a special part, we can often get it the same day or next day. We only use new, quality parts - we don't install used or salvage parts unless specifically requested and agreed upon in writing.

Repair times vary depending on the type of service needed. Most routine services like oil changes, brake pad replacement, or battery installation can be completed in 30 minutes to an hour. More complex repairs like transmission service, engine repair, or suspension work may take several hours. We'll give you an estimated completion time when you schedule your appointment.
